KRINNER training

In the Spring of 2018, KRINNER GmbH invited our company's workers to a training.
The training focused on the operation of the KRD 60 ground screw machine.
The KRD 60 machine is the latest development by KRINNER.
The machine is used for inserting ground crews.
It is fully automated and is equipped with a GPS system, allowing for outstanding productivity and precision.

The capacity of the machine is to drive 600 pieces of footing into the ground per day.
The operator moves the machine to a pre-determined spot where the drill adjusts itself into a vertical position and starts to drive the screw into the ground. When the appropriate height is reached, the automatic system stops the drill and the machine moves on to the next spot.

The location of ground screws can be determined in two ways:
In smaller areas, the marking machine, itself equipped with GPS, marks and pre-drills the appropriate spot where the ground screw is then inserted and bored in by the machine.
Height is set by a separate laser levelling equipment. The laser receiver is attached to the drill and is connected to the automation system of the machine so that the drill stops at the appropriate height.
In larger areas, screw locations are marked with GPS coordinates for longitude, latitude, and elevation in accordance with the blueprints. The locations can be tracked on the control panel of the machine.
The machine's software keeps track of each ground screw. As implementation progresses, the complete relevant documentation is available to the client, with information on where and what length of footing was drilled by whom and when, and what torque was used. This means that the system allows complete tracking.
This machine is used for installing solar systems distributed by KRINNER, including the latest development, the Tracker system.
The training lasted for 1.5 days, in the course of which we learned the maintenance and operation of the KDR 60.

So far, KRINNER had only assigned its own workers to install ground screws.
We are proud that our Company has been given the unique opportunity among subcontractors to independently perform full-scale installation of systems distributed by KRINNER in the future.
Apart from installing KRINNER structures and modules in the future, our Company also offers drilling ground screws within Europe and outside of the continent as well.
